….i made an ocular inspection of the room including its peripherals and i realized that the facility certainly necessitate some enhancements such as;

….the columns and beams are apparently designed using the outdated Working Stress Design method and so must be upgraded in compliance with provision of the recently revised National Building Code (NBC), and I personally recommend the designer to avail of the latest version of the STAAD.

….the ceiling boards made of dilapidated health-hazard acoustic materials must be replaced by not necessarily expensive but environmental-friendly, fire-resistant and ISO 9001 approved materials. It must be installed by highly skilled personnel under close supervision of a technically capable lead-man giving paramount importance to quality of performance in order to maximize efficiency and minimize wastage.

….the old, cracked wall paint requires retouch and we are compelled to opt for water-based paint over enamel and acrylic-based which emits foul odor that stinks to atmosphere for sometime and therefore a health risk to the occupant.

….the 1.2m x 2.4m powder-coated aluminum French windows profusely protected by seemingly unbreakable rigid steel grill designed to preclude any possible intruder failed to provide egress to occupant as required in the Fire Code and the revised NBC. Have we not learned from the experience of JDV?

….some broken old tainted floor tiles are eyesore and should be replaced by equally elegant, low-priced 50cmx50cm, polished, synthetic marble that harmonized with the overall color tone of the room.

….and before any work to commence, I must be aptly provided with a one-time relocation allowance, a decent room with complete amenities to ensure that my health will not be jeopardized.

….and finally, I must review the contract, scope of work, plans and specifications before any work to commence to ensure that no further extra work shall be billed by the contractor without my knowledge.

Di pa natapos basahin ng amo ang note ni Inday nag-faint na sya!!!!
